Patients Talking about Abortion Payment Options Including Cash, Credit, Debit, Paypal, Cashier's Checks

How do I pay for an abortion?

Currently in the state of Montana, Medicaid pays for abortion. If you are uninsured or have private insurance and are pregnant, you may qualify for immediate Medicaid coverage.  Please call to discuss how we might help you get Medicaid coverage.

If you do not qualify for Medicaid, we charge a flat fee which is paid in full at the time of service. Please do not delay your appointment for financial reasons. There are several financial resources available to help you, including the Montana Abortion Access Program, who All Families Healthcare works closely with to secure funding for patients. Please call, text or email us with any questions.

Do you offer financial help?

We have a patient care access fund to help pay for care when patients otherwise can't. Please do not delay seeking care for financial reasons. Let us know if you need assistance. Please consider making a donation. Click here to donate.

Do you take checks?

No, but we do accept cash, major credit/debit cards, money orders, PayPal payments and cashier’s checks.

Need to pay a bill?

To make a payment, call our office at 406-730-8682 or use the ‘pay your bill online’ button
